We streamline the busywork so you can focus on what matters most.

  • Managing the Medicaid Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver for individuals/families wanting a new agency, adults receiving the DD Waiver from the State waitlist, and clients preparing to turn 18 years old.

  • Federal and State Tax Free income for live-in Caregivers. Medicare, FICA, FUTA taxes continue.

  • Supporting family members, hired relatives, or friends to become paid caregivers.           

  • Our staff receive comprehensive training.

  • Client led Person Centered support plans and Goal setting, 

  • Supportive Community Connector program.  

  • Day Program starting October 5th 2026, transportation available, fun activities and connections.

  • Planning and support for aging parents and your loved ones future support and care

  • We partner with your Medicaid Case Manager to help your child on the CES Medicaid Waiver transition to adult DD services or help you transition to a new agency. 

  • If you are unhappy with your current agency and need a change, or caring for an adult that just received their DD Waiver from the wait list.

  • We help you with the requirements and training to become a paid caregiver

  •  Following all Regulations, HIPPA, MANE reporting, Background checks (CAPS and CBI) OUR NAME IS INTEGRITY FOR A REASON.

  • We take a smaller reimbursement than some agencies for service management.  Reimbursement means that the agency receives a percentage of the Medicaid payout to help us provide payroll to the caregiver, agency staff, training, and the program requirements.

  • We have time for you, being a smaller agency.  We care and ensure our clients are safe, healthy, and happy. We enjoy being part of our clients lives and the disability community. We enjoy helping your young adult gain independence, confidence and skills

  • We are advocates. We attend rallies, conferences, annual day at the State Capital, working with case managers, help to file letters regarding Medicaid decisions, work alongside Doctors, Dentists, and Therapists. Keep a large file of agencies, non-profits, equipment companies, to help have the best for your loved one.
